＂Digital One＂ appeared at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference and will gradually open to the society.

　　On July 6, 2023, at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), the "Digital One" Meta-Universe jointly produced by the First Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China and China Unicom was unveiled.

　　Based on the site of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China and the red sites in Shanghai, "Digital One" expands the service extension of the Red Memorial Hall, and forms a platform for telling people and things across mountains and seas, reality and emptiness across time and space, and online and offline integration and symbiosis. Shanghai Unicom is fully involved in the top-level design of the project. Based on the integration capabilities of Unicom’s cloud networks such as 5G, Computing Power, AI and Metauniverse, it puts forward the construction idea of "1+1+N+6+1", that is, building a computing facility, integrating a capability base, designing n application scenarios, providing six access modes and a set of whole-process operation strategies, and is committed to creating a new digital experience.

Based on unity engine, digital twin real space, digital original mysterious space and online and offline fusion space are built to create a digital main position. On this basis, around the main theme of party building education, the main stage of virtual and real interaction is formed, forming four themes: the age of blood, the glory of mountains and seas, three meetings and one lesson, and the integration of online and offline, and expanding the service extension of the Red Memorial Hall.

In addition to the online immersive experience, "Digital One" firmly grasps the integration of online and offline, forming a pattern of "1+1+1+X+N", that is, creating a bottle of water and combining cultural creation to form a tens of millions of offline promotion entrances; Create a space and transform a new space offline to form an immersive experience punching point; Create a classroom, transform the initial lecture hall and develop an immersive party class; Create X form and explore the upgrade experience of digital services by using new technology forms such as AR, VR and NFT digital collections; Radiation N stations, combined with a large screen into the business circle, into the party building service stations, enrich the content of party building education, and achieve online and offline integration, strong integration and mutual empowerment.

With the appearance on WAIC, the internal test version of the "Digital One" industry was launched simultaneously and gradually opened to the public.
